1. Services
Velorin builds websites, e-commerce stores, CRM, ERP and SaaS systems. Scope, timeline and deliverables for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Pricing & payment
Public pricing on this website is a starting point. Final pricing depends on scope, integrations, timeline and region. Payment terms are defined in the project proposal.
3. Intellectual property
Once a project is fully paid for, full ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. Velorin retains the right to showcase the work as a portfolio case study unless otherwise agreed.
4. Warranty & support
We provide a 14-day warranty against bugs introduced by us after launch. Ongoing support and new features are covered under a separate maintenance plan.
5. Limitation of liability
Velorin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant project.
